Championship Sports Events

Thank you for registering for a Champion Sports Events event. Our registration process requires teams to establish a user name/password, complete team profiles and player profiles. We realize that this process is cumbersome, but there is a great deal of good that comes from the process.

· After teams register the first time, all information is retained so that teams only have to update team information when there are changes.

· Every Champion Sports Events tournament is a Showcase Event. College coaches have continuous access to team and player profiles for recruiting purposes. For example; if a college coach is looking for a 2^nd baseman that graduates in 2009 and has a GPA above 3.5 and SAT score above 1100 they can sort by that information for possible recruits. The feedback from the college coaches that have used the data base has been tremendous; we believe it to be one of the strongest marketing tools available for players in our area.

If your team has previously registered:

· Select the “RED” REGISTER NOW” link at the bottom of the tournament description page

· Enter your Log-in name and password, if you can not remember either, select forgot password and enter your user name or email address, the system will email you your information.

· Select Team Entry

· Select EDIT, this will allow you to edit your team information if needed

· To enter a specific event select the box for that or those events

· Select SAVE

· We ask that you review your PLAYER PROFILES, you may edit those that are there by selecting EDIT, you may add by selecting “ADD NEW” or you can not delete, if a member is no longer with your team please email us your team name and the player name, we will remove the player from your team

If your team is new to Champion Sports Events:

· Select the “RED” REGISTER NOW” ink at the bottom of the tournament description page

· Select to “REGISTER BUTTON” on the Log-in page

· Complete the information requested

· Your User name and Password will automatically post on the Log-in page, select SUBMIT

· Select Team Entry

· Select ADD NEW

· Enter your team information

· To enter a specific event select the box for that or those events

· Select SAVE

· We will be required to enter your PLAYER PROFILES, you may do this later or partially complete the information and edit later. We suggest that the coach enter the player names and give the players access to enter their information.

· The TEAM ROSTER will be generated automatically from the Player Profiles, you are not required to do anything with the roster.
