To insure that the event that you have registered for is a successful experience for you and your team, below you will find information outlining the rules and format for this event. 

We would first like to thank you for your recent registration for our upcoming event.  We urge that you  submit registration fee's and required documentation as soon as possible.  We know you, we like you, but we must be sure you are coming before we draw brackets.  Please submit fee's to 120 Holly Springs Drive, Peachtree City, Georgia 30269. Champion Sports Events will email the contact upon receipt of fee's. There is a limit on space for teams in the event, teams will be accepted upon receipt of fee's on a first come first serve basis.  Fee's received after the deadline will be refunded, fee's received from teams after the tournament is full will be refunded.  If teams withdraw from the tournament after registration, fee's will not be refunded. 

Brackets will be drawn before before the event and posted on-line.  Refer to each individual tournament for format information and schedule.  Most events include Friday games efforts will be made to accommodate teams traveling the farthest, but there is no guarantee that any team will not be scheduled for Friday games.  Teams must be prepared to play on Friday.  If you can not please talk to us before we draw brackets. 
 
Coaches must check-in their team before the first game, documentation will be reviewed..
 
The game format will be in strict accordance with ASA rules except as noted within the specific tournament  There are NO protest of pool games, teams that desire to protest bracket games may do so at the time of the disputed action.  A protest fee of $100 cash must be submitted before any protest will be accepted.  The UIC will resolve all protest, if the team that files the protest is found to be correct the protest fee will be refunded.  Loss of a protest will also result in a loss of the protest fee.
