Champion Sports Events Field of Dreams Southern Showcase Recruiting Camp is held in conjunction with the Field of Dreams Southern Showcase. Team entry into the Showcase includes player admission for ALL un-signed players.

The Recruiting Camp will be held on Friday October 31, 2008, at 3:30 PM. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM.

Champion Sports Events & Higher Ground is proud to present the South’s premiere fast pitch recruiting camp. Champion Sports Events is committed to “Promoting & Putting Athletes in the Game”

Higher Ground and Champion Sports Events will provide an elite staff of instructors at our camp to assist players in displaying their talents to the College Coaches.

The recruiting camp is designed to give players the opportunity to display their skills as an individual to the college coaches. Campers will also be instructed by some of the top clinicians in the country to further improve their skills.

Champion Sports Events College Recruiting Camps Include:

Three hour skill & exposure session
30 minute question & answer session with guest speakers

HIGHER GROUND is a softball instruction organization, founded in 1989, that provides top-quality services and products for coaches, players, and parents. Our mission is to do everything possible toward Helping YOU Get Better Every Day .

In recent years, we have sponsored or spoken at clinics in all parts of the United States, Canada, Aisa, and Europe. We are involved in major clinics sponsored by other organizations, sponsor Higher Ground clinics, and regularly schedule customized clinics for teams, leagues, associations, or other groups that contract with us to provide instruction. Recently, we were chosen to assist the ISF and the Hellenic Softball Federation in the selection and training of the inaugural Greek National Team, the first step in developing the host team for the 2004 Olympics.

Since 1983 Served as instructor and/or producer for 52 softball and baseball videos (3-NYSCA, 7-ASA, and 42 Higher Ground).
Since 1983 Conducted over 200 softball clinics/camps US, Canada, and Europe.
Since 1971 Published over 35 magazine articles and 2 books.
Since 2000 Assisted in selection and training of inaugural Greek National Team.
